  • What is your turn around time?
    Our handmade items are created with love and constructed with unparalleled detail and pride. Please allow 2-3 weeks. Please note this time frame does not include shipping.
  • Where do you ship from?
    Ships from Ohio! You’re supporting a local business with your purchase. Orders ship through US Postal Service, UPS and Fed Ex. Due to the pandemic we are facing delays and delivery dates can not be guaranteed at this time.
  • Do you offer custom designs?
    When you order from our shop you will receive 1 free custom design. A $5.00 fee will be applied for all additional designs needed.
  • Do you create designs for orders?
    Need a design? We have you covered, if you need a design for your business, party, or any event we can gladly can help with that. All designs are $15 for digital pdf and PNG files.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    All orders will receive an invoice either through Esty or our website and you will receive a copy in your email providing you with a break down of your purchase. Coupons codes are available throughout the year. Secure options available: We accept Venmo, PayPal, Etsy payment, Wix Payment
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Cancel” option. If you need assistance, please email us at contact@simplyadesigns.com
  • What is your refund / return policy?
    We gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation within: 3 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our work we don't accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
