I have never been one to just slow my roll; I am on hyper drive 99.8% of my days. However, I also didn't realize the importance of relaxing until I had no other choice. I could see the effects it had on my well-being during that time of pausing. โ˜‘๏ธ ๐Ÿ—.๐ƒ๐ž-๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ. The power of having less, and living a simpler lifestyle is rewarding.
